Pilot Program Available
Explore Lumi AI’s full capabilities in a risk free full service pilot to see the power of agentic analytics in real workflows before committing.
Lumi’s ability to de-average and re-aggregate down to store-item impacts makes it far more efficient.
It was obvious during the pilot that Lumi could take care of a lot of the challenges. You could just ask.
Lumi identified $60M in additional revenue by targeting customers most likely to shift to higher AOV transactions.

Lumi's agentic analytics platform connects to all your data sources, automatically builds your context layer, and proactively surfaces the opportunities hiding in your data.
The connection was never the hard part. MCP makes pointing a model at live data straightforward, and a capable engineer can have Claude answering questions in an afternoon.
It's the scaffolding around that connection that needs attention, and it never stops needing it. Accurate analytics is a context and verification problem, not a code-generation one. The model has to be governed by a semantic layer, mapped to real user permissions, and able to trace every answer back to source. Anthropic's own data team reports raw accuracy around 21% on their internal analytics, reaching 95% only after building that scaffolding. Left unmaintained, that context layer quietly rots while still sounding confident.
That system is what Lumi AI provides out-of-the-box, already built and maintained as one product: governed definitions, permissions mapped to real users, a verification layer, and self-maintaining context that resists drift. The choice is not Claude versus a platform. It's whether you build and maintain that entire system yourself, indefinitely, or start with it in place.
Cortex and Genie are reactive query interfaces: they respond when a user asks. Lumi is a proactive intelligence layer built for non-technical business users who don't know the underlying data structures. Four differences matter most:
1. Proactive, not reactive. Cortex and Genie answer only when prompted. Lumi surfaces insights, anomalies, and alerts on its own. For merchandising and supply chain users, knowing what warrants attention is the whole job, and a reactive interface can't do it.
2. Built for business users. Adoption depends on trust. Lumi earns it through transparency, explaining the logic behind each answer in plain language rather than raw SQL. Users can set alerts, build custom visualizations, share insights, publish boards, and request verification, all without reading code.
3. Agentic harness tuned for analytics. Lumi's harness is purpose-built for analytics and refined over years on proprietary data about how business users interact and where they hit friction. It handles the full range from simple to ambiguous. Most data chatbots handle only the simple.
4. Advanced context management. Context is infrastructure. Cortex and Genie catalog tables and fields but capture little business context, offering just a single instructions field, and a business can't fit in one text box. Lumi's knowledge base captures and maintains the rich context: metric definitions, fiscal calendar, acronyms, tribal knowledge, SOPs, and guardrails. It's closer to Claude Skills than a settings field, with column profiling, drift protection, a live feedback loop, and context import/export across apps.
Lumi answers a wide range of simple, complex, and even vague questions.

Yes. Teams can connect spreadsheets along with their other data sources. Lumi treats them like any other input once they are available inside the environment. Lumi is flexible and can extract insights that pull from both structured and unstructured data sources.
Lumi runs inside your environment and does not move or store your data externally. All processing happens within your network and follows your existing security controls. Lumi supports role-based access control, enforces query cost and duration limits, and connects through advanced data gateway connectors designed for secure, read-only access. Lumi is also SOC 2 compliant so your data remains protected end to end. Learn more about our security page.
Onboarding is swift, typically requiring just a few hours of effort. The process involves (1) establishing a connection and (2) configuring the knowledge base.
Our magic wand can help you set up automatically, or you can opt for personalized, white-glove onboarding available to enterprise customers.
